We have achieved full accreditation for the ninth year in a row from the FTSE Women Leaders Review and its predecessors, for our work in helping to increase the representation of women on UK boards.
In 2018, we voluntarily implemented our first internal targets for ethnic diversity, which we have since built on. We partner with a variety of organisations to feed our pipelines of diverse candidates and to help those candidates to achieve their career goals. These include EPoC (Empowering People of Colour).
We have developed a diversity monitoring form, which enables us to provide rich anonymised data at longlist/shortlist stage on candidate field ethnicity, gender, location of main residence, sexual orientation, disability & neurodiversity and socio-economic background.
Our appointment targets for 2023 are stretching and designed to cover all areas of our business.
