Tuyen Do is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Capital Advisory business segment. Mr. Do has more than 20 years of experience providing advice on strategic transactions to management teams, boards of directors and principal owners of companies. Throughout his career he has worked as an advisor to clients including Berkshire Hathaway, United Rentals, H&E Equipment Services, and many others, helping with acquisitions, divestitures, and debt and equity raises.
Prior to joining Teneo, Mr. Do was a Managing Director and Head of the Diversified Services group at Wells Fargo Securities. While there, Mr. Do was responsible for building a top 5-industry practice with a wide range of important transactions. Important M&A assignments include: ServiceMaster/CDR, ABM Security Division/Universal Services of America, and Brundage Bone/Peninsula Pacific. Key financing assignments include leading over $20B of debt/equity: Berkshire Hathaway, Ashtead, H&E, United Rentals, Algeco Scotsman, Brand-Safway, Asbury, AutoNation, DriveTime/Carvana, Group 1, Penske, Aramark, SP+, Ecolab, Avis Budget, Hertz, and Vulcan Materials.
Previously, Mr. Do was a Vice President at Royal Palm Capital Partners. RPCP, a middle market private equity firm, formed by key executives from Huizenga Holdings, including its President and Vice Chairman. At Huizenga, these executives founded, operated and sold some important businesses such as Waste Management, AutoNation, and ADT. While at RPCP, Mr. Do worked on a number of key transactions in business and consumer services.
Prior to joining Royal Palm Capital Partners, Mr. Do was an Associate at J.P. Morgan. While at JPMorgan, Mr. Do worked on a number of important transactions for the bank including NCP/Cinven, Avis/Budget, numerous transactions related to Cendant and other financial sponsors.
Mr. Do holds a B.S. with a triple major (finance, marketing and management) and a minor in studio art, an M.B.A., and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
