Maxwell Andrews is a member of Teneo’s Financial Advisory team in London, having joined in February 2024.

Maxwell has extensive creditor experience having spent over a decade at NatWest Group, with this latterly being within the Complex & International Restructuring team. He has worked on a broad range of complex restructuring transactions across multiple sectors including Automotive, Real Estate, Financial Services, Retail and Health, as well as with different asset classes and banking products.

Prior to Restructuring, Maxwell spent time across Large Corporate Credit and Sales roles developing a strong understanding of banking products and credit analysis, as well as being the Business Manager to the Chief Executive and Chairman of NatWest for over two years.

Maxwell is a CFA® Charterholder and has been a member of the CFA Institute since 2017.
