James Aimer is an Associate wit Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Sydney.

Prior to Teneo, James was a Consumer Strategist at One Picture in Auckland, New Zealand, where he worked with global and domestic clients to understand and predict consumer behaviours, using a blend of qualitative and quantitative research to guide branding, communications and wider strategy.

Prior to One Picture, James worked as a corporate communications intern at Morgan Stanley in New York as part of the internal communications team, where he researched opportunities for engagement and developed content for Morgan Stanley Today. Before that, he worked at Z Energy New Zealand as a research analyst focusing on potential acquisition targets.

James graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts, having completed a double-major in Sociology and History. He is a member of the AKD Honor Society for excellence in Sociology.
