Samir Amar Setti is a Senior Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Doha.
Samir has over 8 years of experience in parliamentary and government affairs and narrative building across the UK and Qatar, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and crisis response management.
Prior to joining Teneo, Samir led parliamentary engagement at the Embassy of Qatar in London, strengthening Qatar–UK relations across sectors such as trade and investment, defense, sports and international development. Formerly he was a policy and procedural specialist in the UK Parliament, advising influential select committees such as the Foreign Affairs and Public Accounts Committees on international affairs and government scrutiny.
Samir is fluent in Arabic, Russian, French, Dutch, and English and holds degrees from SOAS and UCL, University of London.
