Pamit specializes in large scale, rapid transformations, complex pre/post merger planning and integration, synergy realization and sell-side/buy-side operations diligence across Fortune 50 to mid cap clients. His strong operating and finance expertise along with his entrepreneurial and collaborative stakeholder approach have helped many C-Suite clients, board members, special committees, banks and shareholders throughout his engagements.

With more than 25 years of professional experience Pamit has worked on $40B mergers, delivered billions of dollars of savings and enterprise value and launched new billion dollar lines of business for clients across five continents and a variety of industries.

While at Accenture Strategy,Pamit was ranked #1 globally in Accenture Strategy sales and delivery two years in a row across all industry verticals and offerings. At A&M, he helped lead their Corporate Transformation and Activist Defense practice and was ranked #1 in sales and delivery.

Pamit earned a Master’s degree in finance from New York University. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of New York City Cultural Affairs Council’s Materials for the Arts, is very active with the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation and the President’s Council on Fitness, Sports and Nutrition and Queen Silvia of Sweden’s Mentor Foundation.
