Senior Managing Director

Knut Storholm is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in Dubai. He is a Norwegian citizen and a resident of the UAE.

Knut has 25 years of experience in the management consulting industry across multiple countries, regions and continents, with a particular focus on the countries that make up the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

Prior to Teneo, Knut worked with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH in their Dubai office. He began his time there as Senior Partner and Head of Financial Services ME. In 2015, he was made Global Head of Roland Berger’s Financial Services practice.

Prior to Roland Berger, Knut was part of BCG in Southeast Asia, where he worked on large bank restructuring projects while also co-managing technology, media and telecom accounts and supporting the oil and gas teams. He was elected Partner in 2004, promoted to Head of Financial Services Southeast Asia in 2005 and promoted to Senior Partner & Managing Director in 2012. In 2007, he developed BCG’s relationship with the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank and other GCC financial institutions and transferred to BCG Dubai in 2010.

Knut graduated from the Norwegian School of Economics (MSc) and the University of Glasgow (MBA).
