Senior Managing Director

Kathy advises U.S. and international companies on complex strategic corporate and financial communications matters, helping clients achieve their business objectives and protect their reputations.

She has significant experience in crisis preparation and has supported clients during such special situations as cybersecurity issues, litigation, regulatory challenges, product recalls, and plant closings.
