Jack joined Teneo to establish and lead the firm’s Insurance and Financing Solutions business. A structured finance and investment banking professional, Jack has more than 25 years of investment banking experience and has executed more than $100 billion of transactions on a global basis.
Jack began his career in the financial institution groups of Salomon Brothers and Lehman Brothers, before spending 10 years at UBS Securities and 11 years at Nomura Securities.
In 1995 Jack was one of the first members of a newly created U.S. Financial Institutions investment banking business at UBS. He relocated to Hong Kong in 1999 to lead the UBS Asia Pacific Financial Institutions Group which during his tenure consistently ranked as a market leader.
In 2005 Jack joined Nomura Securities in New York to create and build a U.S. Financial Institutions investment banking business. Under his leadership the business grew from two to two dozen professionals and was consistently among the most productive investment banking groups within Nomura Americas.
Jack has a B.A. in economics, summa cum laude, from the University at Albany and an M.B.A. in finance and business policy from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Union Settlement Association, a nonprofit social services resource serving East Harlem.
