Dr. Helen Krug von Nidda is Global Head of Equity, Inclusion, Leadership & Learning with Teneo, based in London.

Helen works at the intersection of leadership transformation, career empowerment and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.Her research-backed interventions improve team dynamics, strengthen work cultures and increase employee engagement.

As an executive coach, trainer and speaker, Helen’s research and practice are steeped in her global perspective and unwavering belief in the joy of working in diverse teams. For over 20 years at the United Nations and in the private sector, Helen has been at the forefront of talent development.

Helen holds a Doctorate in Education from Columbia University, a Master’s in Human Resources Management and a B.A. from Smith College. Born in London, raised in Switzerland and educated in the U.S., she has extensive facilitation experience in both French and English on four continents. She is a certified Coach and a licensed Career Counsellor. Her work has been featured in Forbes, Fast Company and Hamptons Magazine.
