Managing Director

Amy Pesante advises clients across a range of sectors on communications strategies and critical issues impacting enterprise value and reputation. This includes best-practice financial communications and investor relations programs, corporate positioning, management transitions, M&A, IPO’s, restructurings and crisis communications.

Prior to joining Teneo, Amy was director of corporate and financial communications at Prudential Financial. In that role she was responsible for developing communications strategies around corporate and financial issues, quarterly earnings and M&A as well as supporting CFO and CRO communications.

Prior to this, Amy was a director in the strategic communications practice of FTI Consulting (formerly Financial Dynamics). Before that, she was an investor relations analyst for the Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation, part of the Farm Credit System.

Amy began her career as an investment analyst at Unicom Capital primarily covering the consumer discretionary sector.

Amy earned a double degree in Finance and Economics from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
