Lena Spazier is a Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in London

Lena advises global businesses and smaller organizations on a range of strategic challenges – from redefining their purpose, positioning and narrative, to culture change strategy and sustainability strategy development.

Lena has also built a particular specialism around organisational design within Corporate Affairs and Communications functions and has worked with global clients on the strategy and implementation of major functional design and re-organisation programmes in the UK and across multiple markets.

Prior to joining Teneo, Lena worked as an Associate at a Corporate Law Firm.
