Alessandro Maiola is a Vice President in Teneo’s investment banking division where he contributes to strategic M&A and financing assignments across a range of industries and geographies.

Alessandro joined Teneo in 2021 bringing several years of investment banking experience advising companies on M&A transactions in the middle-market, including mandates related to acquisitions, divestitures, capital raises, mergers, and joint ventures. Alessandro has contributed to a broad range of transactions internationally and across several industries with extensive experience in North America and Europe.

Prior to joining Teneo, Alessandro was at boutique investment bank Fredericks Michael & Co. where he supported the firm’s coverage of the Italian and US markets.

Alessandro graduated from Trinity College in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences. He is an Italian and American dual citizen and is based in New York City.
