Ailsa Sachdev is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Dubai. She has over 8 years of experience in the UAE’s communications industry within agencies and in-house marketing teams.

Ailsa specializes in creating digital strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and enhance corporate reputation across various stages of a company’s evolution.

In her previous role, Ailsa was responsible for managing and delivering organic and paid digital marketing offerings for a mix of corporate, government and brand clients at Edelman Middle East. This includes Mitsubishi Power, Abu Dhabi Public Health Center, Nissan, Meta, ADQ and more.

Ailsa grew up in Dubai and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from Mount Holyoke College.
