Tuvia Lwowski is Teneo’s Global Head of Talent, a key member of Teneo’s People Leadership Team.
Tuvia was previously at The New York Times Company where he was responsible for leading their Talent Acquisition Team. Under his leadership, he expanded and modernized the company’s applicant talent systems, standardized its approach to recruiting across all business lines and aligned the candidate experience with the organization’s mission and core values. Prior to joining The New York Times Company, Tuvia spent five and a half years at Lazard where he was Head of Talent Acquisition for Financial Advisory. During his tenure, he developed a best-in-class professional recruiting function with a focus on improving candidate experience to support the growth of their business.
Tuvia’s previous experience includes leading recruitment for experienced professionals within Citi’s Corporate and Investment Bank (C.I.B.), where he built an in-house recruiting function. He brings a combined eight years of experience recruiting auditors and consultants, having worked at PwC as well as at a recruitment agency focused on financial services.
Tuvia is a graduate of Toronto’s York University with an Honours B.A. in Psychology.
