Stelios Thrasyvoulou is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Dubai. Stelios will lead Teneo’s new Capital Projects & Infrastructure team within Financial Advisory.
Stelios is a seasoned construction professional with 26 years of transactional experience across Financial Advisory, Business Consulting, and in C-suite / Executive Director and Board Member positions in the construction industry. He specialises in end-to-end capital projects and construction advisory having successfully delivered numerous mega projects and worked with and advised various government organisations.
Stelios’ Middle East construction experience spans 17 years. He co-founded and led a major construction group in the GCC region delivering landmark, iconic projects worth more than USD 4 billion. He also has extensive experience working within the ‘Big 4’ as a financial advisor for almost a decade including 8 years in London with Deloitte (Corporate Finance Advisory) and Andersen (Strategy, Finance & Economics). During this time, Stelios developed strong relationships with banks, legal firms and the major project developers including the regional SWFs.
Stelios has an MEng from Cambridge University and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
