Vice President

Jose Roberto Cabral Duran is a Vice President with the Teneo Risk Advisory team in London and has experience working with clients around the world on strategic risk management, crisis preparedness and crisis response with a focus on climate risks, geopolitics, political risk and risks of integrity.

During his time with Teneo, he has supported companies and international organizations across the Humanitarian, Telecoms, Manufacturing, Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Professional Sports sectors in risk assessments, scenario planning, crisis management and live crisis response.

Roberto also serves as the Risk Intelligence Lead for Latin America.

Before joining Teneo, Roberto worked with the University College London’s COVID19 Policy Response Unit and has over four years of political experience in Mexico, Latin America and with the G20, where he has led teams in charge of policy development and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Roberto has been an advisor for national political campaigns in the region.

Roberto holds a BA in Economics from Anahuac University Mexico and an MSc in Public Policy from the University College London.
