Rob Woosley

Associate Director

Rob Woosley is an Associate Director with Teneo in London, having joined the firm following its acquisition of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Prior to the acquisition, Rob Woolsey was seconded to Deloitte’s Financial Advisory Professional Standards Review (PSR) director team for a period of 18 months. The PSR team performed independent reviews of all client deliverables across Financial Advisory business service lines, including buy & sell side M&A, Vendor Due Diligence, Vendor Assist, Agreed Upon Procedures, Valuations, Financial Modelling and Restructuring services. The high-performing PSR team operated in a pressured time critical environment, consistently undertaking, advising and providing guidance and clearance on business and risk critical matters.

Following his 15 years in a purely client-facing role, Rob permanently joined the Teneo Financial Advisory Quality and Risk Management team and is responsible for technical guidance, contracting and client facing team support across the advisory business in the UK and globally. That includes integrating policies and systems, and managing the client and engagement acceptance team of analysts, to ensure robust consistent support for the business and its growth.

Rob’s client facing experience includes delivering large and complex restructurings in the UK and offshore (including Bermuda, Cayman, the Channel Islands, Germany, Singapore, and Switzerland) as well as a focus on creditor advisory and options across a diverse client base of traditional lenders, bondholders, creditor committees (ad-hoc and formal) and security trustees.
