Paula Joseph

Associate Director

Paula Joseph is an Associate Director in the Value+ team at Teneo.

Prior to joining Teneo, Paula was a Manager at KordaMentha working on some of Australia’s largest and most complex turnaround and restructuring engagements including the administration of Arrium Australia, the turnaround of the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) and the liquidation of Timbercorp Finance. Paula has also undertaken secondments at Morgan Stanley and 333 Capital.

Building on her experience working with organisations in formal insolvency and administration, Paula now helps organisations seeking to transform and rapidly improve performance. She has a strong analytical and commercial skillset with expertise in cash management, complex problem solving, operational improvement and cost reduction.

Over her career Paula has worked with both public and private clients, across a diverse range of industries including mining, manufacturing, forestry and health care.

Paula is outcomes focused and works closely with stakeholders to find workable solutions and achieve successful outcomes.
