Owain Richards is an Associate Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Brussels.
Owain has extensive experience in EU public affairs across consultancies and trade associations in Brussels. With a background in digital and tech policy, he also advises clients on geopolitics and EU strategy across different sectors from healthcare to travel. Before moving to Brussels, Owain also worked in economic and political research in the Middle East.
Owain holds a degree in History from the University of Cambridge and a Master of Advanced International Studies from the Vienna School of International Studies (Diplomatische Akademie Wien).
