Omar Saadeh

Senior Director

Omar is a Senior Director within Teneo’s Energy and Infrastructure business with extensive experience in growth, due diligence, policy and regulatory, investment, and transformation (e.g., digital, decarbonization) strategy.

Prior to joining Teneo, Omar held multiple leadership roles within Accenture’s strategy consulting practice, serving clients including investor-owned utilities (electric, gas), private equity clients, energy and infrastructure service companies, and advocacy/industry groups. He helped clients define >$25B in growth investments, secure >$20B in federal stimulus, evaluate ~$5-6B in M&A deals, position for policy (e.g., decarbonization, infrastructure), and navigate the energy transition.

Omar also covered the emerging utility infrastructure market at media start-up Greentech Media Research, acquired by Wood Mackenzie, and helped large commercial customers improve energy efficiency while at Johnson Controls. He has been frequently cited by media such as Bloomberg, The Guardian, UtilityDive, ComputerWorld, PV-Tech, Yahoo and others.

Omar holds a B. Eng (Minor in Econ) and M.Eng. from McGill University.
