Nicholas Bergamini is Senior Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Toronto.

Nicholas brings 13 years of strategic financial communications experience, guiding senior executives and political leaders in high-stakes environments including IPOs, shareholder activism defense, M&A, data breaches, product recalls and political campaigns.

Prior to joining Teneo, Nicholas was the Vice President of Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for a TSX issuer, leading financial reporting, analyst relations and strategic transaction communications. He also served as Press Secretary and Spokesperson to Canada’s Finance Minister, executing the communication of the Government of Canada’s economic agenda domestically and on the world stage at G7 and IMF summits, and with global financial media.
