Nathan Stubing

Managing Director

Nathan Stubing is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with over 18 years of restructuring and insolvency experience across the Middle East, Australia and the Cayman Islands.

He has led complex formal and informal assignments involving trading performance monitoring, business viability assessments and the continued operation of multiple entities. Nathan also has extensive experience in investigating liquidation claims and conducting cross-border asset tracing and recovery. He has received formal appointments from the DIFC, ADGM, and courts in Australia and the Cayman Islands.

Nathan has advised a wide range of companies, working with directors, boards and lenders to support businesses in distress. His sector experience includes mining and mining services, real estate, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and tourism, logistics and education.

In addition to advising on everyday business challenges, Nathan regularly conducts independent business reviews and provides guidance to companies facing acute financial distress. He has significant experience in safe harbour advisory work, serving clients from mid-market businesses to ASX-listed entities. Nathan is known for delivering cost-effective advice, clear and concise reporting and a pragmatic approach.
