Naomi Saito is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business, based in Tokyo.
Naomi has over seven years of experience in corporate branding, editorial content, and public relations, primarily within the asset management sector. She specializes in helping clients formulate compelling narratives and key messaging to enhance their brand positioning and stakeholder engagement.
She previously worked at ORIX Corporation, where she managed ESG ratings surveys and developed sustainability disclosures for global investors. Prior to that, she spent nearly three years at The Vanguard Group, leading marketing initiatives and PR efforts to support investor education in Japan. She began her career at Weber Shandwick, advising clients on corporate and consumer communications strategies.
Originally from Portland, Oregon, Naomi moved to Tokyo in 2010 to attend the International Christian University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature.
