Megan Scillitoe is a Manager with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Megan works with Teneo’s Valuation Advisory Services practice, with experience in both commercial and disputes-related valuation work in the context of transactional valuation for M&A, debt financing, and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Teneo, Megan was an Associate in the Healthcare M&A team at Goldman Sachs, where she supported clients in buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, debt financings, and activist defense situations. Before her time with Goldman Sachs, Megan worked at Cornerstone Research in the firm’s Washington, D.C. and London offices, where she led teams in performing economic and financial analyses to support attorney clients through all phases of commercial litigation.
Megan holds a Masters in Finance from The London Business School and a BA from The College of William & Mary in Economics.
