Lucy Stone is a Vice President with Teneo’s Risk Advisory group, where she works with clients on risk identification and management, and the development of crisis preparedness and response strategies. She specialises in counterterrorism, cybersecurity and insider threats.

Prior to Teneo, Lucy spent more than 5 years working in the UK government spanning a number of posts including a litigation specialist, counterterrorism officer and an insider threats investigator. Lucy has significant experience working on live crises, including leading the UK response to the 2019 Sri Lanka bombings, and the 2022 Texas synagogue hostage-taking.

She has successfully developed global relationships with a range of clients and partners, and leverages her experience to provide assurance and expertise to organisations in moments of crisis.

Lucy is a graduate in Criminology from the University of the West of England, and is a professionally certified project manager.
