Laura Ethington is a Senior Associate with Teneo’s People Advisory business where she supports the Culture & Leadership Team. She also supports the team internally across operations and marketing.

Firmly believing that the heart of any company is its people,  Laura is passionate about collaborating with organizations to support their culture, talent and leadership journeys through a people-focused lens.

In her previous roles at Shutterstock, Heidrick & Struggles and The Boston Consulting Group, Laura focused on workforce planning, DEI structure and campaign development, employee experience, strategic initiative execution, project management and operational excellence. She thrives in supporting businesses in taking a people-centric approach to enhance organizational success and foster a positive and inclusive culture.

Laura holds a master’s degree in Opera Performance from The Boston Conservatory and a bachelor’s degree in Vocal Performance from Northern Arizona University.
