Keith McAllister is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s People Advisory business, based in New York.
Prior to joining Teneo, Keith spent ten years in Executive Search as a Senior Partner at Modern Executive Solutions, a Managing Partner at SRI and a Partner at Accelent. Keith’s focus has been on senior leadership roles in sports, media, entertainment, information services, education and technology.
Before becoming an executive recruiter, Keith spent 18 years at CNN, where he rose to be EVP/Managing Editor. He went on to be the General Manager of Thomson Reuters global Consumer Media business, as well as the CEO of Mochila and the CEO of Wochit, two venture-backed technology companies.
Keith is also the former Chairman of the Board of Inside Climate News, the Pulitzer-prize-winning non-profit news organization focused on climate and environmental justice, and is an emeritus board member of Americares, the global healthcare nonprofit, where he served on the board for seven years.
Keith lives in Connecticut outside New York City and graduated from Amherst College.
