Haya Herbert-Burns

Senior Managing Director

Haya Herbert-Burns is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo and is based in London. She has 20 years of financial communications and investor relations experience, providing counsel to both listed and private companies on their financial communications, corporate reputation, profile building and capital markets transactions.

She has advised clients on special situations and restructurings, initial public offerings and M&As, as well providing financial calendar support. She has experience across a number of sectors, including beverages & food services, financial services and TMT.

Prior to joining Teneo in 2016 Haya was VP of investor relations at Monitise, the technology provider of digital and mobile banking solutions, acquired by Fiserv. Before that she was VP at FTI Consulting, working within their Technology, Media and Telecoms team. Haya began her career at Bell Pottinger.

She holds an M.A. from the University of St Andrews, a diploma in Politics from Sciences Po, Paris and an MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She is bilingual in English and French.
