Doug Campbell

Senior Managing Director

Doug Campbell is a Senior Managing Director in the Financial Communications and Investor Relations team based in London. He has almost twenty years’ experience across investment banking, strategic communications and strategy consulting.

He advises companies across a range of sectors, working closely with them to craft compelling long term narratives for the media and capital markets. He has extensive experience across a wide spectrum of capital markets communications including investor relations, M&A, capital returns, demergers, IPOs, defences and shareholder activism.

Prior to joining Teneo, Doug spent the majority of his career as a corporate broker at Morgan Stanley. At Morgan Stanley he advised Boards, CEOs and CFOs on a number of significant M&A and ECM transactions. He also took an active role in advising companies on better articulating their investment cases, global investor targeting and the application of the UK Listing Rules.

Doug has a degree in Classics from the University of Cambridge.
