Portrait of Ben Foster

Ben Foster

Senior Managing Director

Ben Foster joined Teneo in January 2016, following its acquisition of Pendomer Communications. He is a Senior Managing Director in the Financial Communications team in London specialising in investor relations, financial and corporate communications.

He has advised across all industry sectors and has particular expertise in retail, FMCG, leisure, transport, business services and real estate. Ben has worked extensively in the private equity arena.

The considerable experience Ben has built ranges from shareholder activism, major contested bids, international IPOs, reputational crisis situations, corporate repositionings and financial restructurings. Many of these have been in Europe and he has also acted for companies in Asia and the United States.

After working in advertising and investment banking, Ben has spent the last 25 years in financial and corporate communications, initially with Dewe Rogerson and Financial Dynamics (now FTI) before co-founding Pendomer at the start of 2012.
