Andy leads a number of the firm’s large, complex and global corporate communications assignments.
In his role, Andy helps set and implement global communications strategy that includes: traditional and social media; internal and external communications; and select partnership opportunities. He also serves as a strategic creative resource to account teams and has built a specific expertise in executive thought leadership and corporate positioning.
Prior to joining Teneo, Andy led the global corporate communications office for FTI Consulting, a $2 billion, global consultancy with more than 4,400 employees. In this role, Andy oversaw all dimensions of corporate communications and reputation management for the firm on a global basis, including CEO internal and external communications.
Prior to FTI, Andy was National Director of the Corporate Communications Practice for the world’s largest business communications consultancy, Financial Dynamics (FD). He was responsible for ensuring excellence in delivery of the firm’s many corporate communications offerings to FD’s top global clients. He also developed corporate communications programs and executive thought leadership platforms for senior executives.
Prior to FD, Andy was Vice President of the Corporate Technology Practice for GCI Group, the public relations arm of Grey Advertising Worldwide.
Andy has a B.A. in public relations from C.W. Post University. He also comes from a military background, having served in the U.S. Navy on board the U.S.S. Dwight D. Eisenhower in support of Operation Desert Storm.
