Adele Macleod is a Director with Teneo in Scotland, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Adele has over 15 years’ experience in the restructuring sector, focussing on advisory engagements for stakeholders of financially stressed businesses. Adele has performed numerous Independent Business Reviews and Short-Term Cash Flow Reviews for lenders and has recently led contingency planning engagements for lenders, corporates, and government departments. Adele has experience across a range of sectors including retail, manufacturing, power & utilities.

Adele is a Chartered Accountant and licensed Insolvency Practitioner. Adele’s formal insolvency experience includes acting as Joint Administrator on a high-profile Scottish retail insolvency and a secondment leading our national Insolvency Delivery Team based in Birmingham.

In addition to Adele’s significant restructuring experience, Adele has experience across multiple financial advisory disciplines and has worked with Teneo’s valuations team to deliver complex expert witness assignments over the last 18 months.
