Adel AlRabee is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Riyadh.

Adel has over 20 years of experience as an communications and PR expert and has extensive knowledge in developing and executing successful communication strategies. He spearheaded the development of communication strategy for the largest VRP program within the Saudi Vision 2030 and designed related internal governance for 40+ entities.

Adel has successfully executed numerous projects with government and semi-government entities within the Saudi Vision 2030 ecosystem, becoming a trusted advisor and key player in achieving the Saudi Vision 2030 initiative’s strategic objectives. He has also worked with multinationals and founded a successful privately-owned communication and brand-building consulting company where he honed his skills in leading high performance teams, developing effective strategies and driving execution and business growth.

Adel has attained his Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
