Description
Teneo is seeking a highly organized, client-focused Associate to join Teneo Connect—a specialized unit dedicated to curating high-impact events and fostering strategic connections among global C-suite leaders. Leveraging Teneo’s unrivaled network of CEOs, thought leaders, and senior advisors, Teneo Connect delivers bespoke experiences that strengthen executive engagement.
From private gatherings to high-level participation at premier global forums such as Davos, the Milken Institute, and more, Teneo Connect enables senior leaders to build meaningful relationships that drive influence and insight.
This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional with a background in luxury hospitality, media events, or VIP services. The Associate will play a critical role in managing high-touch outreach, overseeing the VIP guest experience, and maintaining CRM systems across a dynamic global portfolio of executive events.
Responsibilities
- Support strategic outreach, guest recruitment and management for exclusive C-suite events.
- Manage CRM and event registration systems (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data integrity and segmentation.
- Draft polished, executive-level communications including invitations, confirmations, and briefing materials.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop visually compelling event assets (invitations, etc).
- Partner with client teams to extend personalized invitations and manage relationship-driven outreach.
- Oversee on-site registration and guest experience at select events, ensuring a white-glove standard.
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions and feedback to inform future engagement strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in media, luxury hospitality, executive engagement, or live event production.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong written communication skills with a polished, professional tone.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and event registration tools.
- Comfortable working in high-touch, client-facing environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Base Salary Range$80,000 – $90,000 (compensation for this role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience that may fall outside of the range listed).

Flexible Work Policy Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York office, the company expectation is for employees to work from the office location a minimum of three times a week.
