What You’ll Do:

As a Consultant (Intern) in our Management Consulting division, you will work in teams to deliver solutions for clients, with responsibilities including:

  • Working closely with project leaders to help address specific client challenges or questions within the broader context of a client engagement
  • Using a hypothesis-driven approach to develop and test insights for our clients, including collecting and analyzing data and creating compelling slides to convey recommendations to specific audiences
  • Conducting client or industry-specific research
  • Contributing to and presenting in case team meetings (formal and informal)
  • Participating in client presentations, workshops, and meetings
  • Collaborating with colleagues and experts across Teneo
  • Assisting in writing proposals, creating slides, and analyzing data and contributing to the Consulting Team in areas of interest (e.g., recruiting, knowledge management)



  • In your junior year of an undergraduate degree; expected graduation date of December 2022 or May 2023
  • Outstanding track record in academics and leadership in previous work experience and/or relevant extracurriculars
  • Clear analytical and strategic thinker with structured approach to problem-solving
  • Collaborative team member with colleagues and clients at all levels
  • Takes initiative while using good judgement to request support and advice when needed
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Communicates effectively and timely when meeting deadlines, ensuring expectations are managed
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Intellectual curiosity with ability to identify and ask relevant questions
  • Familiar with basic Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
