Shady Abdel Hamid is a Senior Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Dubai.

Shady currently advises  a broad range of businesses and GREs on investor relations, financial communications and reputation management. He possesses extensive financial communications and investor relations expertise, having advised on some of the region’s largest and most significant IPOs and financial transactions over the past decade. Shady has also led communication efforts for several regional M&A transactions.

Shady is an experienced public policy and crisis communications consultant, having advised the senior management of both governmental and private entities on various national and business transformational projects.
Shady is a fluent Arabic speaker and holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, with a specialization in International Economics.

Prior to joining Teneo, Shady was at Brunswick Group, a global advisory firm specializing in critical issues.
