Sam Greenly is a Manager in Teneo’s Value+ team in London, providing hands on support to companies undergoing a turnaround or transformation.

Sam joined Teneo in 2020 from Zoona, a Zambian fintech business focused on driving financial digital integration and inclusion across Zambia. As Head of Operations Sam focused on performance improvement and expense reduction, whilst managing strategic operations. Prior to this Sam served in the British Army as an Infantry Officer, responsible for leading and managing large, specialised teams in complex and time sensitive situations.

Project and industry experience includes cost reduction, financial and operational improvement, commercial diagnostics, business/ turnaround planning, project management, leadership and working in financially distressed environments.

The Value+ team advises clients on areas such as 100 Day Planning, Cash Flow Management, Working Capital Optimisation, Cost reduction and Operating Model Optimisation, Maximising Exit Value and Turnaround Planning and Execution.
