Dom Young is an Associate Director in the PLC and Equity Capital Markets Advisory team specialising in UK Takeover Code transactions, IPOs and other public company corporate finance advice. He has over 7 years’ experience advising a range of stakeholders including multinational corporates, private equity houses, lenders, regulators and private companies.

His experience spans across a multitude of sectors including Retail, Industrials, Healthcare, Real Estate, Mining, Business Services and Financial Services.

Dom joined Teneo as part of its acquisition of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business in May 2021. Prior to joining the PLC and Equity Capital Markets Advisory team, Dom spent time with Deloitte’s M&A tax practice, advising PE houses and corporates on the risks and merits of M&A transactions.

He read Geography at the University of Bristol and subsequently trained as a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Adviser whilst at Deloitte.
