Craig Lukins is a Managing Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.
Craig is a specialist in Equity Capital Markets and PLC Advisory, with more than 14 years’ experience of public and private company M&A, capital raising and restructuring transactions. He has advised on a range of deals including public takeovers (buy- and sell-side), IPOs, complex restructurings and private company processes. He is a co-author of the Practitioner’s Guide to the AIM Rules.
