Teneo Appoints Dan Meyers as a Managing Director
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Dan Meyers as a Managing Director with the firm’s Strategy and Communications business in Washington, D.C.
Dan has nearly two decades of experience advising clients on critical business needs involving policy and regulation at the global, federal, state and local levels. He brings extensive experience advising public and private sector organizations on strategic communications, coalition building, stakeholder engagement, executive positioning and crisis and issues management. He also has significant experience leading integrated campaigns, spanning presidential and national politics, as well as state and local ballot initiatives.
Before joining Teneo, Dan advised global public affairs clients across a range of sectors, leveraging campaign and advocacy strategies to support businesses and organizations confronting pivotal issues at the international, federal, state and local levels. Earlier in his career, Dan worked in politics, with experience spanning from his roots in rural Ohio to the national stage. He has served or supported prominent political leaders, including President George W. Bush, former Associate Attorney General of the United States Rudy Giuliani, Senator John McCain and Vice President JD Vance.
Dan has lived and worked in Washington, D.C. for nearly two decades. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Capital University and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. He also completed Executive Education at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and has extensive experience serving on nonprofit boards, advocating for civic engagement, LGBTQ rights and youth participation in Washington.
