Teneo Expands U.S. Transactions Team With Addition of TJ White
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of TJ White, a seasoned transactions communications advisor, as a Senior Managing Director in its U.S. Strategy and Communications business. TJ will be part of the Transactions and Strategic Situations Group (TSSG), and his appointment marks another milestone in Teneo’s ongoing investment in market-leading advisory capabilities for clients pursuing M&A, IPOs, spin-offs, transactions and restructuring.
TJ joins Teneo from Sloane & Company, where he led their Special Situations practice. He has advised on more than $500 billion in M&A transactions by aggregate equity value and has helped boards and management teams navigate a range of situations from activism and complex M&A to leadership transitions and litigation. TJ began his career at Sard Verbinnen, now FGS Global.

“Teneo’s reputation as a corporate advisor platform with truly global capabilities is second to none, and I’m looking forward to being part of the expanding transactions business,” said TJ White.
