Teneo Appoints Diana Torres as a Senior Managing Director
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Diana Torres as a Senior Managing Director with the firm’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.
Diana will focus on corporate turnarounds, cost reduction and finance transformation, with a particular emphasis on the automotive and broader manufacturing sectors. She will work with Scott Millar and the leadership of the Corporate Advisory and CRO / Interim Management practice on delivering strategic advice, hands-on interim leadership and restructuring support for clients navigating complex change.
Diana is an MBA-qualified international business leader and an expert in driving growth, transformation and value creation across the Americas, Asia and Europe with a focus on the transportation sector. She has successfully managed multi-billion-dollar P&Ls and has also led cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, engineering and corporate functions. Diana also has experience in the aviation sector, where she has worked through the restructuring of an airline in Latin America under Chapter 11 and spent six years working as an advisor for a transport finance bank in Europe.
For the last 13 years, Diana worked for Nissan Motor Corporation in various leadership roles, formulating and executing strategies and implementing turnaround and growth initiatives. Diana most recently served as Managing Director for Nissan Motor Great Britain, where she managed their £3bn revenue, 140 site-dealer network. Her previous roles included various strategic and leadership roles at Nissan Headquarters in Japan and Americas, including CFO at Nissan Mexico and Managing Director for Nissan Importers LATAM.
