On 4 April 2022, Jeffrey Stower of Teneo (Cayman) Limited, Ground Floor, Harbour Place, 103 South Church Street, PO Box 10245, George Town, Grand Cayman, KY1-1106, Cayman Islands, and Patrick Cowley and Liu Yee Man of KPMG, 8^th Floor, Prince’s Building, 10 Chater Road, Central, Hong Kong, were appointed as Joint Official Liquidators (“JOLs”) of the Company by order of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands, pursuant to Section 105 of the Companies Act (2022 Revision) (the “Act”).
