On 11 June 2024, the Company was placed into Official Liquidation by order of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands. Jeffrey Stower, Neema Griffin and So Kim Lau of Teneo were appointed as Joint Official Liquidators of the Company. A copy of the sealed Order is included in the documents below.
