Will Hyde is a Manager with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in London.

Will has over seven years of experience across Financial Advisory and provides support to clients in both distressed and non-distressed situations across different industries and jurisdictions.

Will specialises in Corporate Simplification and assists clients on simplifying their group structures, advising on solvent exit options and implementing wind down projects for businesses/operations that are no longer required.

Will is an ACCA qualified accountant and graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a degree in Business Management and Economics.

Selected Project Experience:

• Ongoing legal entity rationalisation project of a UK bank to assist with their regulatory requirements.
• Fast track wind down and closure of two UK subsidiaries within a Japanese group.
• Collapse and winding up of a private equity structure in order to accelerate the release of capital back to the shareholders.
• Derivatives wind down (c.$45m) of a UK investment bank with Russian ownership and subject to strict global sanctions.
• Return of client assets (c.$1.8bn) following the failure of a Russian-owned investment bank.
