Stuart Pugh is an Associate Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

With 4 years of advisory experience, Stuart specialises in accelerated and non-standard (including corporate carve outs) M&A transactions across a range of sectors. Stuart is responsible for day to day management of all aspects of transactions.

Prior to joining Deloitte’s Special Situations team, Stuart completed his ACA and initial 3 year training within the FTSE division of the audit department. He  assisted with the delivery of a range of FTSE listed client audits while also managing smaller field teams for private sector clients.

Stuart has a Geography BSc (1st class) from the University of Bristol and is a member of the ICAEW.
