Steven Sullivan

Chief Financial Officer

Steven is the Chief Financial Officer of Teneo, having held this position since the company was founded in 2011.

In this role, Steven has direct responsibility for all areas of global finance across the company’s 4 business segments. While at Teneo, Steven has also advised corporations on restructuring, financial communications, and other strategic challenges and opportunities.

Prior to joining Teneo, Steven served as Deputy to the U.S. State Department’s Economic Envoy to Northern Ireland, helping to drive investment to the region from U.S. corporations and facilitate bi-lateral trade.

Previously, Steven worked in GE Capital’s Business Development and Mergers & Acquisitions Group, focusing on restructuring strategies for GE Capital’s non-core assets, primarily consisting of commercial real estate, commercial equipment leasing and consumer finance platforms. Steven has also held positions within GE Capital’s Commercial Real Estate Division with responsibilities ranging from financial planning & analysis to loan restructuring and transaction structuring.

Steven is a magna cum laude graduate from the College of the Holy Cross, with a B.A. degree in economics and accounting.
