Simran Johal is a Manager in Teneo Financial Advisory in Birmingham, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Simran advises and works with stressed and distressed businesses and has experience working on a range of restructuring mandates, including independent business reviews, advising on options as well as formal insolvency engagements, such as administrations, pre-packs and CVAs.

Simran sits within the Consumer Products and Private Finance Initiative sectors, but has also worked with clients in the Energy, Retail and Leisure sectors.
