Ryan Pammen

Manager

Ryan Pammen is a Manager with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo as part of its purchase of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business.

Ryan specialises in providing M&A solutions to clients facing challenging, complex or business critical issues where specialist situational expertise and experience is key to delivering the optimal outcome.

He is ACA qualified and has 6+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, including advising on transactions across Special Situations M&A, Mainstream M&A and Debt Advisory.
